herbs and oak. The palate has good concentration and displays red and dark berry fruit flavors. Structured, with juicy and fine tannins that lead to a long finish. Enjoy slightly chilled on its own, or with red meat, tuna, salmon, or pasta. The intense fruit copes well with a little spiciness.
