Kim Crawford produces one of New Zealand's benchmark Sauvignon Blancs. Their Illuminate line of wines, created to offer a lower alcohol* alternative to the Kim Crawford wines their consumers know and love, has also received broad acclaim. Kim Crawford's secret to creating wine with exceptional style is serious attention to detail in the vineyard and winery, with a special focus on sustainable practices, individual vineyard block harvesting, and small lot fermentation.

Grapes were individually harvested from their vineyard blocks in subregions throughout New Zealand and destemmed in the field before being gently pressed and undergoing cool fermentation with special yeasts to preserve the natural fruit character found in the grapes.

"Spinning Cone" technology was used to reduce the alcohol from the base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine.

Pale lemon in color with bright aromas of passion fruit and guava. This Alcohol-Removed Sauvignon Blanc delivers notes of tropical fruit, highlighted with a refreshing herbal herbal citrus finish.
