2003 Schrader Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard

Note that these bottles have imperfections: foil issues, chipped glass shoulder/bottle, aged front label with torn back label. The wine remains intact and undamaged. 

Oh yes, we remember the 2003 harvest. The vintage presented a series of weather extremes — an early biting frost, perpetual rain and overcast skies, and a withering summer heat wave. The erratic conditions presented a ‘Personal Best’ challenge for our winemaker Thomas Brown who skillfully navigated Mother Nature’s gauntlet and crafted a portfolio of beautifully balanced, classic wines from this notably troublesome vintage.
